PERMASALAHAN UMKM: STRATEGI DAN KEBIJAKAN

Abstract


Micro, small and medium businesses (UMKM) in indonesia have role strategic for national economy. Micro, small and medium businesses to give contribution for gross domestic product, income for lagerly of the population, and create of employment for people. Behind the big role of them, micro, small and medium businesses still faced the problems. Those problems are the lack of qualified human resources, the investment climate and business climate are not good, less

guidance and less coaching, low technology, few capital resource, traditional management, infrastructure insufficiency, difficult for obtain raw materials, difficult for business permission, difficult for marketing product, and other problems. From those various problems causes the productivity down, and low of competitiveness. To solve those problems, need of appropriate strategy and policy, comprehensive, and going concern in order to role micro, small and medium businesses give contribution for increasing national economy.
