ANALISIS BUTIR SOAL UJIAN AKHIR SEMESTER MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DI SMA NEGERI PLOSO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/ 2017

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

The research aims to know the quality of test of the test item of the pancasila and civic education subject test in the mid of the even semester of SMA NEGERI PLOSO in the academic year 2016/ 2017 in the terms of Difficulty Index, Discrimination Index, and Distracter effectiveness. The method of collecting data was documentation in order to collect test item specifications test items, key answers, and student answer sheets. The research subjects were class XI IPA 1 and XI IPS 2 of SMA NEGERI PLOSO in the academic year of 2016/2017 with total 63 students. The method of analisis was quatitative Expost Facto conducted using the objective analyzer program based on Microsoft Exel 2007. The results of the research show that : ( 1 ) Difficulty index showed 4 items (8 %) were difficult, 12 items ( 24%) were moderate, and 34 items ( 68%) were easy. ( 2 ) discrimination index showed 30 items ( 60 %) had poor discrimination index, 5 items (10%) had good discrimination index, 5 items (10%) had moderately discrimination index 6 items (12%) had very good discrimination index, and 4 items ( 8%) had negative discrimination index. ( 3 ) distracter effectiveness showed 20 items ( 40%) had moderately good distracters, 5 items ( 10 % ) had very good distracters, 8 items ( 16 %) had good distracters, 12 items ( 24 %) had slightly distracters, and 5 items ( 10%) had poor distracters.

ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal Ujian Akhir Semester Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di SMA Negeri Ploso Tahun Pelajaran 2016/ 2017 berdasarkan aspek tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan evektifitas pengecoh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunkan teknik dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data berupa soal ulangan, kunci jawaban, dan lembar jawaban siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA I serta XI IPS 2 yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif berjenis evaluasi Ekspost Facto dengan bantuan program Microsoft Exel 2007. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) soal tergolong sukar berjumlah 4 butir soal (8%), tergolong sedang berjumlah 12 butir soal (24%) dan tergolong mudah 34 butir soal (68%). (2) Daya pembeda tergolong jelek berjumlah 30 butir soal (60%), tergolong cukup berjumlah 5 butir soal (10%), butir soal yang tergolong baik berjumlah 5 butir soal (10%), tergolong baik seklai berjumlah 6 butir soal (12%), sedangkan tergolong negatif (tidak baik) berjumlah 4 butir soal (8%). (3) Efektifitas Pengecoh tergolong cukup berjumlah 20 butir soal (40%), tergolong sangat baik berjumlah 5 butir soal (10%), tergolong baik berjumlah 8 butir soal (16%), tergolong kurang baik berjumlah 12 butir soal (24%), tergolong tidak baik berjumlah 5 butir soal (10%).
