BERBAGAI VARIABEL ANTESEDEN YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Pada Pegawai Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo)
Abstract
This research investigates on how exogenous and endogen factors influencing job performance. Some exogenous factors indicated that moral values and positive attitude, and work climate. While endogen factors are work motivation, commitment, and empowerfulness. By using analyzer statistics, that is structural equation modeling (SEM), this research is successful to answer the proposed research problems: (1) the values believed and the positive attitude affect work motivation, commitment, and job performance, (2) work climate affect work motivation, (3) work motivation, commitment, and empowerfulness are as mediators between the values believed and the positive attitude with job performance. Besides, this research also discovers two endogen variables, that are commitment and empowerfulness which have the greatest contribution to the job performance.
